Visiting this website

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit it, STRATO processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This data is only used to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with STRATO under Art. 28 GDPR; the servers are located in Germany.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or content from third parties.

Contacting us by email or phone

When you contact us, we process your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We use application documents for placement purposes. We only pass them on to potential employers with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep your data for as long as needed for this purpose or as required by statutory retention periods.

Application form

Through the application form we collect: name, phone number, optionally email address, place of residence, the job you are looking for, driving licence and qualifications, experience, German skills, availability, your message and any uploaded documents. We use this data to find a suitable job for you and to contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a placement contract).

The data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and sent to us by email at info@lunakim-global.com. It is not stored on the web server; uploaded files are deleted immediately after sending. The mailbox is hosted by STRATO GmbH in Germany.

We pass your data to an employer in the European Union only after we have discussed the specific offer with you. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

If no placement takes place, we delete your application after 6 months at the latest. If we sign a placement contract, we keep it for 3 years as required by Romanian law (Law 156/2000). You can ask for earlier deletion at any time at info@lunakim-global.com.

To protect against automated submissions (spam), your browser solves a small computing task set by our own server when you send the form. To limit mass submissions, we also keep an encrypted hash of your IP address for no more than 24 hours; the address cannot be recovered from it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form uses no cookies, no third-party CAPTCHA and no other external services.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to us at info@lunakim-global.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Romania the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) – or with the authority in your country of residence.
